How do I create a LetsLucky account?

That's easier than ever. Click on SIGN UP on the main page of LetsLucky Casino, fill in the registration form and click 'Create an account'. You will land at the deposit page immediately, though a welcome letter will also be sent to the e-mail address you entered with a verification link to activate your account.

Am I authorised to have more than one account?

No, we allow one registration account per person to keep things fair.

I have forgotten my password. What shall I do?

The fastest way to reset your password is to click 'Log In', then the 'Forgot Password?' link. You will then receive an email with a link to create a new password. It takes about 30 seconds to do. If you're depositing money into your LetsLucky account, we will cover the recipient transaction costs. I.e., we pay for getting money in. Depending on your payment provider, they may charge a fee for sending money to us. If you're withdrawing money, you pay the fee the payment provider charges.

What is the minimum amount of money I can deposit and withdraw?
